About Us
We are located at 517 Washington Avenue in the Historical District of Downtown Greenville, Mississippi. The building was built in the 1940’s for Sears Roebuck and Company and was occupied by them until the early 1970’s. Bill Boykin, local businessman and developer, acquired the property in June of 2012. View our video below by Blue Magnolia Films to see how it all began.
THE BUILDING
The three story building houses hotel rooms and loft apartments on the second and third floors with indoor parking for our tenants on the first floor. The bottom front portion contains retail space and a fine dining restaurant on site.
